'Ahoy Pirates'

During the Spring Term the children in Key Stage One have enjoyed learning about the life and times of Pirates throughout history. It has been an exciting topic where the children have relished opportunities such as learning sea shanties, experiencing life as a pirate, researching famous pirates such as Captain Blackbeard and taking part in role play activities. We ended our topic with a pirate party where the children came dressed in their finest pirate attire!!!
