Children's University Trip to the Museum

18.11.13

Around 60 children who have all signed up for the Children's University were taken on a free trip to Peterborough Museum to learn about teeth! The event was split into two parts with one group searching through some of the exhibits identifying dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures whilst the others were given a talk by a special visitor from the Natural History Museum in London. The children could identify the different types of teeth and were given the opportunity to handle life sized model skulls of different animals. The children had a great time and the museum staff commented on how well behaved they all were.
