Parent Questionnaire 2021

You only need to complete ONE questionnaire per family. Please DO NOT complete one questionnaire per child.

We would be grateful if you could complete the questionnaire by Thursday 15th July 2021.

1. My child is happy at this school.*

3. The school makes sure its pupils are well behaved.*
4. My child has been bullied and the school dealt with the bullying quickly and effectively.*
5. The school makes me aware of what my child will learn during the year.*

Covid 19 Period

22. For parents whose children have had to access remote learning because of Lockdown (Spring Term) or bubbles closing: ‘My child was well supported at home.’
23. For parents whose children came to school during the Lockdown (Spring Term) when the school was closed to most children: ‘My child was well supported at school.’
24. During the Covid19 period (September to present), the school communicated well with parents to keep them informed of what was happening.*
