Every Child an Artist-8th July

EVERY CHILD AN ARTIST – TUESDAY 8TH JULY

We are excited to invite you to our Every Child an Artist event, taking place next Tuesday after school.

Doors open at 3:30pm.
Please wait in the playground until then. At 3:30pm, you are welcome to enter the school via one of four entry points:

  • The back of the hall

  • The corridor connecting both playgrounds (accessible from either side)

  • The front office

  • The Nest

What to expect:

  • Corridor Displays: Artwork from the Spring Term will line the corridors, showcasing each class’s creative journey and final masterpieces.

  • Self-Portrait Gallery (Hall): A stunning exhibition of children’s developing drawing skills, showing progression from Foundation Stage to Year 6.

  • Artist of the Term (Library): Celebrate our pupils’ creativity beyond the classroom with a special Spring collection.

  • Live Music: Enjoy performances by some of our young musicians around the school. Many are new to their instruments and bravely sharing their progress — please stop and listen!

  • Slideshow (Hall): See highlights from this year’s Art and Music lessons, accompanied by music from our Battle of the Voices competition.

  • Choir Performance (Hall): At 4:15pm, our wonderful school choir will perform — a finale not to be missed!

Refreshments will be available to purchase in the hall throughout the event.

Teachers will be stationed around the school to help guide you and share more about each year group’s work if you'd like to learn more.

We can't wait to welcome you and celebrate the incredible Art and Music created by our pupils this year!
