t's now coming up to FOWS busiest time of the year, and like Santa’s elves, we are working hard behind the scenes to bring you some of our best-loved events.

 

Christmas Fair

 

Save the date: the OWPS Christmas Fair will be held on Friday 5th December, from 3.30pm, with the raffle to be drawn at 5pm. The raffle prizes look absolutely amazing this year, so don't forget to sell your tickets to your family and friends. If you need more tickets you can collect these from the school office. Money, with completed stubs can also be returned to the school office from now, or given to the FOWS team at the fair.

Wrap night

 

Wrap night is the night we get everything ready for the Fair and the Elfridges Christmas sale. We meet in the school staffroom with scissors & sellotape, mince pies & wine, and we wrap, chat, and sort out all our goodies. If you are available to help, please come along and join in our festivities. See poster for details. 

 

 

Donation Day 

 

The last Donation Day of 2025 is upon us, next Friday 28.11.25. It's a double whammy. 

Firstly, We really need any unwanted gifts that may have been cluttering up your house for the last few months.

Also, we need bottle donations for the bottle tombola. This is our most popular stall, so the more the merrier. It can be alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, toiletries, anything in a bottle that is unopened and in date will be good for us.

As a thank you for your donation, the children can wear their own jumper to school that day. Please note, this isn't the official Christmas jumper day, that will come later in the term.
